Contacts for Grants Management Assistance
As a grantee with the Health Resources and Services Administration, Office of Rural Health Policy (HRSA/ORHP), there are three points of contact you communicate with regarding your grant:

HRSA/Office of Rural Health Policy (ORHP)
Your ORHP Program Officer can answer programmatic questions, discuss any modifications you are considering from your original grant proposal, and makes recommendations to the Division of Grants Management Operations (DGMO) regarding programmatic decisions for your grant.

HRSA/OMPS/Division of Grants Management Operations (DGMO)
All modifications to your grant must be approved by this Office. Send all official correspondence regarding your grant to this Office. This includes modifications to your budget, to the scope of your originally proposed activities, or changes in key personnel. This Office issues all official paperwork, such as the Notice of Grant Award, and any modifications to previously issued Notices of Grant Award. This Office contacts ORHP when it receives requests for modifications for approval of all requested changes.

The Division of Payment Management provides grantees the ability to request grant funds, access account information, and complete quarterly reporting on-line.
